Dirt Church is a vegetarian dinner hosted by Rising Son in Avondale Estates. Most of the featured produce will be supplied by Chef Hudson Rouse's garden and a share of the proceeds will be donated to Global Growers. Please join us on Sunday June 30th at 7pm for a 6-course tasting menu prepared by Hudson Rouse (Rising Son), Brian Wolfe (Kimball House), Sam Herndon (Hugh Acheson Restaurants), Pat Pascarella (The White Bull) & Andy Gonzales (Steinbeck's) with wine/cocktail pairings by Kathryn Rouse (Rising Son). This is the very first Dirt Church and we hope to delight with an innovative and technique-driven approach to vegetarian dining.
